2020 Ford Super Duty OEM LED Headlights Conversion Installation

PLEASE ENSURE all items are included OR have been obtained prior to starting installation – a complete LED conversion package should include :

-1x Left/Passenger LED Headlight Housing
-1x Right/Driver LED Headlight Housing
-2x LED Ballasts (mount these prior to installation of the lights on the vehicle)
-8x LED Ballast Mounting Screws (often inside one of the ballast boxes)
-1x LED Conversion Harness Kit (2 harnesses included // 1 per side & SIDE SPECIFIC)
-Instructions Sheet in the box that LINKS to this URL

All noted items above are REQUIRED for a proper installation. If you have purchased JUST the harness kit from us, ensure you have all of the items before attempting to install your headlights AND that they are correct for your vehicle year!

DO NOT INSTALL THE HEADLIGHTS AND TURN ON OR RUN THE VEHICLE BEFORE PROGRAMMING IS DONE // This causes error codes on the ECU that can only be removed with additional programming/code help.

BE READY to install the new LED headlights and do the ECU programming  in ONE installation/setup session.

FORSCAN INFORMATION 

YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE FORSCAN SET UP ON YOUR WINDOWS LAPTOP TO PROGRAM THE FACTORY LED HEADLIGHTS

WATCH the YouTube video below to ensure Forscan is set up and functioning to program the truck. If you have used Forscan in the past, are familiar with it OR already have it installed on your laptop WITH a valid license, you can skip this step.

 

 

Support is available if you are struggling at all. FORSCAN ECU programming to get things working correctly IS REQUIRED.
