PLEASE ENSURE all items are included OR have been obtained prior to starting installation – our complete LED conversion package should include :

-1x Left/Passenger LED Headlight Housing (2020-2022 model)
-1x Right/Driver LED Headlight Housing (2020-2022 model)
-2x LED Ballasts (mount these prior to installation of the lights on the vehicle) (2020-2022 model)
-LED Ballast Mounting Screws (often inside one of the ballast boxes) (2020-2022 model)
-2x LED Conversion Harnesses (1 per side)

All noted items above are REQUIRED for a proper installation. If you have purchased JUST the harness kit from us, ensure you have all of the items before attempting to install your headlights.

PLEASE NOTE: The conversion harness requires proper setup and installation. High beam operation on the 20-22 LED headlights DOES NOT FUNCTION. An external high beam (LED light bar or light pod) must be utilized if high beam function is desired.

FORSCAN INFORMATION 

YOU ABSOLUTELY MUST HAVE FORSCAN SET UP ON YOUR WINDOWS LAPTOP TO PROGRAM THE FACTORY LED HEADLIGHTS

WATCH the YouTube video below to ensure Forscan is set up and functioning to program the truck. If you have used Forscan in the past, are familiar with it OR already have it installed on your laptop WITH a valid license, you can skip this step.

The “x” values are NOT changed from the original value. Only the indicated different values are changed. Below are the 17-19 Truck Parameters to change.
